Compatible with only Windows Vista, thus you will need LogonStudio Vista. [link] Sorry but since I don't have XP anymore, I can't get a LogonXP version. Maybe in the future. You will also need WinRAR to extract the *.RAR file this theme is located in.
NOTE: I took this "screenshot" with my camera so bare with me, the quality, and positioning. <_<
